Job Location Plot No -21A, near Genpact Building, Sector 18, Gurugram, Sarhol,

Haryana

Working time ï‚·6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

ï‚·10 am to 7 pm office hours

ï‚·Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education ï‚·Graduate

ï‚·Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with result in hand.)

Work Experience 6 months - 8 Years

Age 18 yrs €“ 34 yrs

Gender Female/ Male

Industry Exposure Required ï‚·Good communication in English mandatory

ï‚·Can communicate in Hindi also.

ï‚·Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.

ï‚·Lead Generation process.

ï‚·Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable.

Job Role ï‚·Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes.

ï‚·Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit

Compensation Band 16k to 21k CTC (Average Comms)

21k to 30k CTC (Good Comms + relevant exp)

Criteria

ï‚·Min -12th Pass out Candidate.

ï‚·With No MTI-Mother Tongue issue (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH Sound Error)

ï‚·RTI-Regional touch issue (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha)

ï‚·Speech Clarity Required

ï‚·Age- and Max-34

ï‚·Talkative candidate

ï‚·Must spoke 3-4 line on every given topic.
