Job Description:

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, interact with clients, and assist in converting inquiries into consultations for legal services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries

Handle inbound calls and explain legal services offered by the firm

Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates

Maintain accurate client records and call logs

Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly

Coordinate with the legal team for client requirements

Ensure professional and confidential handling of client information

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English & local language

Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette

Ability to convince and build rapport with clients

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)

Willingness to learn basic legal service processes

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
