Telecalling Executive (Freshers) Kolkata

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, handle inquiries, or follow up on previous interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Resposibilities:

Handle customer questions and resolve queries in a professional manner.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Patience and customer-focused attitude.

Must Have basic knowledge about Excel.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.

Follow up on leads and maintain a record of customer interactions.

Responsible for calling candidates and update regarding the job openings.

Explain the company's products and services clearly and effectively.

Provide feedback to the team for improving processes or campaigns.
