We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, handle inquiries, or follow up on previous interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Key Resposibilities:Handle customer questions and resolve queries in a professional manner.Excellent communication skills in Hindi.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Patience and customer-focused attitude.Must Have basic knowledge about Excel.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.Follow up on leads and maintain a record of customer interactions.Responsible for calling candidates and update regarding the job openings.Explain the company's products and services clearly and effectively.Provide feedback to the team for improving processes or campaigns.
