we are seeking a junior telecaller to join our team to make outbound calls and generate leads for our sales team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. the candidate must be a self-starter and have a desire to learn and grow in a sales support role.

responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team

maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in the crm system

follow up with leads to ensure timely follow-through by the sales team

assist with the scheduling of appointments for sales representatives

provide excellent customer service to all clients

meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets

requirements:

12th pass or equivalent

0-1 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales support role

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

positive and professional demeanor

ability to work in a fast-paced environment

strong organizational and time management skills

basic computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft office

ability to work well in a team environment
