a tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. they must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and will be responsible for generating walk-ins.

• explaining the product features to prospective students

• fixing appointment for further counseling

• calling on leads generated through different sources

• generating walk-ins

• outbound calling

• cold calling for lead generation

skills required

• good communication and coordination skills

• should be target oriented, focused, proactive and keen learner

• excellent computer knowledge

• experience in the field of education is an add on.
