We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team in Sangli. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Outreach**: Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. This involves actively listening and addressing their needs effectively.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, building a pipeline of potential clients for follow-up by the sales team.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database for future reference and analysis, ensuring data integrity.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing information and scheduling appointments, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
