Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team in Sangli. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Outreach**: Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. This involves actively listening and addressing their needs effectively.

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, building a pipeline of potential clients for follow-up by the sales team.

- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database for future reference and analysis, ensuring data integrity.

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing information and scheduling appointments, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve services and products, demonstrating a commitment to meeting customer expectations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both English and local languages, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with customers over the phone. A demonstrated capacity to handle rejection and persist in achieving targeted goals is essential.
