Opening For Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Kalwa, Thane. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and must have completed their 12th-grade education. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Calls**: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to promote our products and services. You will engage in conversations to understand their needs.

2. **Customer Follow-ups**: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries they may have. This step is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate information and effectively answer customer questions. This knowledge helps you persuade customers to consider our products.

4. **Data Entry**: Record calls and update customer information in our database. Accurate data entry is essential for tracking interactions and customer preferences.
