Key Responsibilities & Duties
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making calls to prospective/existing customers and handling incoming inquiries.
Sales & Lead Generation: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and providing solutions.
Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
Following Up: Reaching out to leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Script Adherence: Following established scripts to provide consistent information.
