We are looking for a motivated female Telecaller to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0 to 4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products or services. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.

2. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries effectively.

3. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions to ensure proper follow-up and tracking.

4. **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads and pass them on to the sales team for further action.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and product offerings.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi, along with a pleasant phone demeanor. The ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer queries is essential. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred. An outgoing personality with a positive attitude towards work will contribute to success in this role. The ideal candidate should be ready to work full time from our office in Gwalior.
