Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about education programs, courses, and admission processes.

💬 Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, advertisements, and walk-ins.

📋 Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and inquiries in the system.

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly targets related to lead conversions and enrollments.

🤝 Build rapport with students and parents, addressing their concerns, and guiding them in making informed decisions about their education.
