we are looking for a motivated and confident telecaller to join our team. the telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, generating leads, and providing information about our products/services to potential and existing customers. the goal is to promote business growth by expanding the companys customer base.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
answer inbound customer queries in a professional and polite manner.
generate leads, maintain a database, and follow up with interested clients.
achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
record details of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the system.
coordinate with the sales team for closures and appointments.
requirements:
minimum qualification: 12th pass / graduate.
excellent communication skills in english and hindi.
confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
basic computer knowledge (ms office, email, crm).
ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service/sales will be an added advantage.
