Qualify leads by understanding their specific budget, location preferences, and ready-to-buy timeline. Explain complex property details, including floor plans, amenities, pricing structures, and current promotional offers.

Provide insights into market trends and upcoming infrastructure projects to build trust as an advisor. Maintain real-time updates in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track lead status and prevent lead leakage.

Document every interaction, including specific objections or customer preferences, for future follow-uct consistent follow-up calls to keep the brand top-of-mind for long-term prospects who are not ready to buy immediately.

Handle inbound inquiries from various digital platforms like social media, website forms, and WhatsApp.
