gross salary-13k plus 1k incentives

we are looking for some customer care executive for the process of snap deal. candidate should be excellent in english. and 21 days is training period; training stipend is 300 per day.

responsibilities and duties:

1. a professional approach in answering calls and provides information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressed thereof.

2. appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.

3. escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressed.

skills:

• minimum 10+2 with 60% marks

• fresher/experienced both will consider.

• excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

• ability to handle the pressure.

• computer skills.

• knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

• rotational shifts.
