We are seeking a Telecaller Executive to join our team in Varanasi. This role is designed for individuals passionate about communication and sales, whether you are new to the field or have some experience. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers and efficiently handling inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services and understanding their needs to build relationships.
2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and gather information about potential clients, updating our database with accurate contact details and relevant notes.
3. **Follow-up Calls**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest, encouraging them to take action and make decisions.
4. **Information Provider**: Respond to customer inquiries with clear and accurate information about our offerings, addressing any concerns they may have.
5. **Meeting Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by utilizing effective communication and persuasion techniques.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communication skills, allowing for clear and engaging conversations. A good listening ability is essential to understand customer needs effectively. Basic computer skills are necessary to maintain records and updates. You should exhibit a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
