JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Telecaller - Real Estate

Location:location-Porur Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for real estate projects

Explain property details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits

Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain and update customer database in CRM

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain call records and prepare reports

Key Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Basic understanding of real estate industry

Good follow-up and customer handling skills

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
