We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller / Tele Executive to support our Delhi office operations. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, explaining company products and services, coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate call records while ensuring a professional customer experience.
🔧 Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per assigned data
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Explain company products/services, features, pricing, and offers clearly
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into potential business opportunities
Maintain regular customer interaction to build and strengthen relationships
Record and update call details, customer information, and call outcomes accurately
Resolve basic customer issues or escalate matters to the concerned department when required
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
