Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products.

Explain product features, benefits, and offers in a clear and professional manner.

Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic concerns.

Maintain call logs, update CRM/records, and share daily reports with management.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and generate customer interest.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Good listening skills, patience, and customer-first attitude.

Goal-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
