Job Description

As a Tele Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to sell products or services. You will be expected to pitch the product or service effectively, handle objections, and close sales.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services: You will be responsible for initiating contact with customers and persuading them to make a purchase.

- Pitching products or services effectively: You must be able to clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of the product or service to potential customers.

- Handling objections: You should be able to address any concerns or objections that customers may have in order to close the sale.

Required skills and expectations:

- Excellent communication skills: You must have strong verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers.

- Persuasive skills: You should be able to convince customers to make a purchase.

- Ability to handle rejection: You must have a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

- Basic computer skills: You should be comfortable using a computer and navigating different software programs.
