Tele Sales Officer

- Real Estate Sales Male and Female Tele caller for Pre Sales required for MODAK GROUP.

Telecaller qualifications and skills

Minimum 3 years experience in sales (lead generation preferred)

- 2+ years- experience telemarketing a plus

- Excellent phone manner and articulation

- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM (words per minute)

- Results-driven and willing to work on a commission basis

- Ability to cope with rejection daily basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

- - Prior experience with Real-estate company work or customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.

- - Must know the basic work of Excel and Word.

- - Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

- - Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

- - Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.

- - Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the Gujarati language.
