Tele Sales Officer

�� Real Estate Sales Male and Female Tele caller for Pre Sales required for MODAK GROUP.

Telecaller qualifications and skills

Minimum 3 years experience in sales (lead generation preferred)

�� 2+ years�� experience telemarketing a plus

�� Excellent phone manner and articulation

�� Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM (words per minute)

�� Results-driven and willing to work on a commission basis

�� Ability to cope with rejection daily basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

�� - Prior experience with Real-estate company work or customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.

�� - Must know the basic work of Excel and Word.

�� - Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

�� - Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

�� - Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.

�� - Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the Gujarati language.
