- build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- understand client needs and provide appropriate financial product/service guidance.

- assist clients with queries, on boarding, and after-sales support.

- coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.

- maintain proper records of client communications and update crm regularly.

- work towards enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

key skills & qualifications:

- basic knowledge of financial products/services preferred.

- strong communication and interpersonal skills (hindi & english).

- ability to handle client queries professionally and effectively.

- prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in client servicing/relationship management will be an advantage.

- positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
