Position: Tele Sales Officer - Finance Background

Experience required: 6 months - 1 year

Stipend: -10,000 - -15,000 per month

Location: Delhi - Netaji Subhash Place

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial product/service guidance.

- Assist clients with queries, on boarding, and after-sales support.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.

- Maintain proper records of client communications and update CRM regularly.

- Work towards enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of financial products/services preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).

- Ability to handle client queries professionally and effectively.

- Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in client servicing/relationship management will be an advantage.

- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
