build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

maintain proper records of client communications and update crm regularly.

work towards enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

key skills & qualifications:

basic knowledge of financial products/services preferred.

strong communication and interpersonal skills (hindi & english).

ability to handle client queries professionally and effectively.

prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in client servicing/relationship management will be an advantage.

positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
