Job Title: Sales Officer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The Sales Officer will identify potential customers, explain products or services, conduct meetings or presentations, and follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing daily sales reports, handling customer inquiries, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely service delivery. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements is essential.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, target-oriented approach, and willingness to travel, if required, are important for this role.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)

- 1-3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
