About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and results-oriented Female Telecalling Specialist to join our growing team. You won't just be making calls; you will be the first point of contact for investors looking into some of the most exciting real estate opportunities today.

From the smart city infrastructure of Dholera and the luxury holiday retreats of Barog to the high-ROI international markets of Dubai, you will be the bridge that connects high-value clients to their next big investment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Management: Dialing outbound leads and handling inbound inquiries for our Dholera, Barog, and Dubai projects.

* Pitching: Effectively communicating the unique value propositions of each project (., Dholeras industrial growth, Barogs scenic luxury, and Dubais tax-free ROI).

* Rigorous Follow-ups: Maintaining a disciplined follow-up schedule to ensure no lead goes cold.

* Meeting Coordination: Setting up high-quality meetings and site visits for the sales closing team.

* CRM Maintenance: Updating lead status, notes, and schedules in our database accurately.

* Relationship Building: Establishing trust with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients through professional and polite conversation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: [13] years of experience in telecalling, preferably in Real Estate, Insurance, or Luxury Sales.

* Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).

* The Closer Instinct: Ability to handle objections gracefully and pivot maybes into meetings.

* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.

* Adaptability: Ability to switch your pitch style depending on whether you are selling a plot in Gujarat or a penthouse in Dubai.
