Tele Marketing Manager (3-9 Years)

We are looking for a Tele Marketing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and strong communication skills. This role requires overseeing telemarketing campaigns and managing a team of telemarketers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Telemarketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans to increase customer engagement and sales through telemarketing efforts.

- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve targets and improve performance through regular coaching and support.

- Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the effectiveness of telemarketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies with company goals and strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of telemarketing processes.
