We are looking for a Tele Marketing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and strong communication skills. This role requires overseeing telemarketing campaigns and managing a team of telemarketers.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Develop Telemarketing Strategies:** Create and implement effective marketing plans to increase customer engagement and sales through telemarketing efforts.- **Team Leadership:** Manage, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve targets and improve performance through regular coaching and support.- **Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance:** Track and analyze the effectiveness of telemarketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.- **Maintain Customer Relationships:** Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- **Coordinate with Other Departments:** Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies with company goals and strategies.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of telemarketing processes.- A Bachelors degree in B.A, B.Com, or relevant vocational courses is preferred.- Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary to guide and inspire team members.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess campaign performance and develop actionable insights. - Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
