Darshan Accounting in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is seeking Telemarketers/Tele callers with the following qualifications:

Job Title: Telemarketer / Tele caller

Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Education: 12th grade or Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide relevant information.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads.

Data Management: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product information.

Salary: 13,000 per month.
