Tele Caller - Faridabad (Only Females)

We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a 12th-grade education. This full-time position requires female applicants who are passionate about engaging with customers to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calling**: Make outgoing calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction.

2. **Customer Interaction**: Respond to inquiries from clients and provide them with accurate information about our offerings, helping to resolve any queries effectively.

3. **Data Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the database, ensuring that all records are accurate and current for future reference.

4. **Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate lead conversions and assist in achieving sales targets by setting up appointments or providing necessary information.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers about their experience with our services, helping the company improve and better meet client needs.

Required Skills:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a polite phone manner, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry is essential. A positive attitude, along with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales domain, will be highly valued.
