This full-time position requires female applicants who are passionate about engaging with customers to promote our services.Key Responsibilities:1. **Outbound Calling**: Make outgoing calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction.2. **Customer Interaction**: Respond to inquiries from clients and provide them with accurate information about our offerings, helping to resolve any queries effectively.3. **Data Management**: Maintain and update customer information in the database, ensuring that all records are accurate and current for future reference.4. **Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate lead conversions and assist in achieving sales targets by setting up appointments or providing necessary information.5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers about their experience with our services, helping the company improve and better meet client needs.Required Skills:Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a polite phone manner, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
