Interview For Telecaller || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team in Ghaziabad. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy communicating with others and are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to promote products or services, explaining features and benefits clearly.

- Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assisting customers with their questions.

- Maintain Customer Records: Update and manage customer information in the database to ensure accuracy and follow up on leads.

- Achieve Targets: Meet daily and weekly calling targets to contribute to the team’s success and help drive sales.

- Follow Up on Leads: Reconnect with previous customers or leads to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.

- Create Weekly Reports: Compile data on call outcomes and share weekly reports with management to track performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must be female and should possess a minimum education of 10th grade. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately. Previous experience in a call center or tele sales is a plus but not mandatory, as we are open to freshers as well. Candidates should be friendly, persuasive, and possess good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude towards sales and customer service will be highly valued.
