Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Jagatpura, Jaipur. This role involves reaching out to potential clients for our high-rise residential flat sales. Ideal candidates are female graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience, enthusiastic about real estate and sales.

Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to prospective buyers, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our residential properties, and addressing any inquiries related to the sales process. You will also be expected to maintain a database of clients, documenting interactions and following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills are beneficial. You should also be able to handle rejections gracefully and stay motivated.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work from our office location in Jagatpura, Jaipur. Regular working hours and weekly offs will be communicated upon hiring.
