We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Rajouri Garden. This role is ideal for candidates with little to no experience who are keen to learn and grow in a telecommunication environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our services.Key Responsibilities:- Make Outbound Calls: You will make calls to potential customers to inform them about our products and services.- Engage with Customers: Build rapport with customers by answering their queries and addressing concerns during the call.- Update Customer Information: Accurately record customer details and interactions in our database for future reference.- Follow Scripts: Use organized scripts to guide conversations effectively and ensure that all necessary information is conveyed.- Achieve Targets: Work towards daily and weekly targets related to calls made and customer engagement.Required Skills and Expectations:- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication is essential.
