Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at Groza Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Explain company products and services to customers.

- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Maintain daily calling records and lead status.

- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.

- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
