Make 100+ calls/day, pitch products, generate leads, and close deals. Earn uncapped incentives on every disbursed loan!

Key Responsibilities:

Call leads for loan inquiries and conversions.

Explain loan products (interest rates, eligibility).

Meet daily targets (50+ leads).

Update CRM with customer data.

Requirements:

12th Pass (Any Stream); Freshers/Exp 0-2 years OK.

Fluent Hindi + Basic English.

Good communication & sales attitude.

Laptop/Desktop + Internet (Office provided).

Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account.
