Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

* Explain company products and services to customers.

* Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

* Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or service updates.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

* Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

* 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, tele sales, or a similar role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
