Job Title: Tele Caller

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products or services. A successful tele caller should be persuasive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

# Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

# Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

# Provide accurate information about products/services.

# Maintain customer databases and update call records.

# Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

# Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

# Handle customer objections professionally and resolve concerns.

# Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
