Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ERP product offerings, features, benefits, and how they can help businesses streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Sales Pitching:
Craft tailored sales pitches to engage prospects and highlight how the ERP system can solve their specific business challenges.
Customer Qualification:
Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, decision-making process, budget, and purchasing timeline.
Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and prospects in the companys CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Product Demos:
Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations (either live or virtual) for qualified prospects to showcase the ERP system's capabilities and benefits.
Negotiation & Closing:
Work closely with prospects to negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales effectively.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends that can help improve sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales progress, lead conversion rates, and forecasted sales to management.
