product knowledge:

demonstrate a strong understanding of the erp product offerings, features, benefits, and how they can help businesses streamline operations and improve efficiency.

sales pitching:

craft tailored sales pitches to engage prospects and highlight how the erp system can solve their specific business challenges.

customer qualification:

qualify leads by assessing their requirements, decision-making process, budget, and purchasing timeline.

follow-up:

regularly follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

crm management:

maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and prospects in the companys crm system (customer relationship management) and ensure timely follow-ups.

product demos:

coordinate and schedule product demonstrations (either live or virtual) for qualified prospects to showcase the erp system's capabilities and benefits.

negotiation & closing:

work closely with prospects to negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales effectively.

market research:

conduct research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends that can help improve sales strategies.

collaboration:

collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaigns.

reporting:

provide regular updates on sales progress, lead conversion rates, and forecasted sales to management.
