Job Description
We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a leading International BPO. The role involves assisting global customers with technical issues, troubleshooting product/service concerns, and delivering a high-quality support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance via calls, chat, or email.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain logs, ticket updates, and follow standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal & written English communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Prior technical support experience preferred (not mandatory)
