key responsibilities:
provide technical assistance via calls, chat, or email.
diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
ensure timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
maintain logs, ticket updates, and follow standard operating procedures.
collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues.
