Position Summary
Siemens is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our innovative digital and industrial solutions across various sectors, including infrastructure, smart buildings, digital industries, and mobility. This role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about technology and solving complex customer challenges. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and aligning Siemens' solutions to address them effectively.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and product teams to craft compelling, value-based proposals and solutions that meet specific customer requirements. Present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and Siemens, and skillfully guide deals to closure.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new areas for growth.
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines in the CRM system (., Salesforce), providing regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
