Job Title: Team Leader €“ Direct Sales Channel

We are looking for a Team Leader €“ Direct Sales Channel to manage and drive performance of the direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales executives

€¢ Drive sales through open market sourcing

€¢ Support team in lead generation and customer acquisition

€¢ Monitor team performance and achieve business targets

€¢ Provide training, guidance and field support to team members

Eligibility:

€¢ 1-2 years experience as Team leader - preferably in insurance / financial services

€¢ Prior team handling experience preferred

€¢ Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation:

Salary: 7€“ 8 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
