Job Description:

Aqua Soft Water Purifier is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader (Sales) to lead our field sales team in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field sales executives

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Conduct regular training, motivation, and performance evaluations

Identify potential customers and pitch Aqua Soft's water purification solutions

Handle customer queries and ensure excellent post-sales service

Report sales data and feedback to senior management

Requirements:

35 years of sales experience (preferably in water purifiers, appliances, or FMCG)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership ability and team management experience

Must own a two-wheeler for local travel

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
