Job Description

A Team Leader guides, supports, and manages a group to achieve specific organizational goals by setting targets, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance. They are responsible for boosting productivity, mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, fostering a positive work environment, and reporting progress to upper management. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
