Team Leader (TL) - Loan Process

-Salary: -22,000 - -40,000 per month + Performance Bonus

-Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 Telesales Executives.

-Monitor team performance, call quality, and daily conversion rates.

-Provide on-the-floor training and handle escalated customer queries.

-Ensure the team achieves the cumulative monthly disbursement targets.

-Requirements:

-Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Loan/Banking/Finance sector (PL/OD experience is mandatory).

-Skills: Leadership, data management (Excel), and sales strategy.

-Education: Graduate preferred.
