Currently we are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive based at Ghitorni, New Delhi
Total Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: //PGDM HR
Salary: 15-28k CTC
Responsibility:
1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Determining selection criteria.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (. social platforms and professional networks.)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
7. Lead employer branding initiatives
8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
9. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
10. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
11. Preferably from Construction or Search Firm/Consultancy Background.
