Position : Talent Acquisition Executive & HR Manager for Edujam LLP
Location : Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2-4 Year ( candidate should have knowledge of Sales Hiring background )
Job Role and Responsibilities at a broader level:
1. Target driven and capable of hiring huge numbers.
2. Excellent understanding and knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer.
3. Good understanding of the availability of a talent pool for the required skills.
4. LinkedIn and Networking through various forums.
5. Follow up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates are joining on time by keeping them engaged.
7. Negotiation with the candidates regarding their salary and joining date.
Remuneration –Salary will be depend on last CTC & As per the interview norms
Working days - Monday to Saturday Office Timings - 10:00 . to 7:00 .
