• taking care of complete it & non-it (technical profile & non-technical profile) recruitment . php developer, ui/ux designer, it infrastructure, digital marketing, content writer, technical content writer, lead generation executive, lead generation manager, seo strategist, seo executive, business development executive, business development manager, manual testing.

• craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

• screen incoming resumes and application forms.

• taking telephonic and face to face interviews, salary negotiation of the shortlisted candidate.

• prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.

• advertise job openings on job portals and social platforms. (, , instahyre, linkedin, times jobs, shine and such other portals)

• provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• verification of shortlisted candidates, document formalities.

• maintain the database of candidates turned up for interview.

• assist seniors in fun activities and other operations
