responsibilities:
· sourcing & screening the profiles to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
· distributing requirement into the team and fulfilling it to achieve the desired target
· develop sourcing strategies and strategize recruitment plans.
· sourcing through various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc
· determines applicant’s qualification by interviewing applicants.
· analyzing responses; verifying references as per requirement.
· map the market for availability of resources.
· shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
· volume hiring and drafting job posting on the portals
· interviewing applicants and matching their skills with the job requirements.
· negotiating notice period and compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks.
· responsible for candidates joining.
