Position: System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

-Hardware and Software Support: Provide comprehensive support for computers, laptops, and other devices used in the office environment.

-Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.

-System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.

-Network Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of the office network infrastructure.

-User Support: Respond to IT-related queries from employees, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive user experience.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

-Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

-Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

-Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
