Sales Support Specialist

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our international calling processes specifically for the UK market.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to achieving sales targets through outbound calls to UK customers.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each interaction.

- Leverage strong communication skills to build rapport and effectively connect with potential customers.

- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services to accurately answer customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Proven passion for sales (prior experience a plus, but not mandatory).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and clear presentation.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
