We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our international calling processes specifically for the UK market.Responsibilities: Contribute to achieving sales targets through outbound calls to UK customers. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each interaction. Leverage strong communication skills to build rapport and effectively connect with potential customers. Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services to accurately answer customer inquiries.Qualifications: Proven passion for sales (prior experience a plus, but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and clear presentation. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
