Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator in Rajkot, India, who will support our sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be a male graduate. This is a full-time office position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports and maintaining records to track performance and targets.

2. **Customer Communication**: Act as a point of contact for customers to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.

3. **Order Processing**: Manage the order input process by ensuring timely entry and tracking of orders to meet customer expectations.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to coordinate sales activities and ensure a seamless experience for customers.

5. **Data Management**: Maintain and update customer databases to ensure all information is accurate and easily accessible.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required for handling reports and data. A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
